原理:
在切流式過濾(Tangential Flow Filtration.TFF)中,樣品流動的方向與濾膜成正切 (Tangent) 的角度,使得樣品可以隨著流速循環,均勻的分散至濾膜面積、有效的避免樣品堆積在濾膜表面,維持一定的流速。
裝置:
樣品從500ml樣品槽底部延著管線經由蠕動幫浦的推動進入壓力計和Minimate TFF Capsule,分子量比Capsule MWCO小的樣品從Filtrate流出,而分子量比Capsule MWCO大的樣品從Retentate流出,再回流至樣品槽內,達到連續性過濾、濃縮、分離、去鹽、透析的步驟。
