ELISpot 開發模組是 ELISpot 試劑組的替代方案，想成功使用 ELISpot 開發模組需要對 ELISpot 檢測方法的開發有基本的了解，客戶需自行優化被覆 (coating) 條件、檢測靈敏度、酵素和受質的種類以及捕抓抗體 (capture antibody) 及偵測抗體 (detection antibody) 的濃度，以獲得理想的結果。

專一性的 ELISpot 開發模組及 ELISpot 藍色呈色模組 (ELISpot Blue Color Module) 分別包含偵測及顯色分析物所需的必要成分。這兩個模組可搭配使用，但單獨販售，每個模組所含試劑可用於 5 盤 96 孔微孔盤。
