Single Analyte ELISpot Kits ELISpot試劑組

ELISpot 試劑組是基於微孔盤的一種完整免疫分析試劑組，設計用於檢測及計數單一細胞分泌的細胞激素或抗原。此檢測方法靈敏度極高，即使細胞分泌的頻率低於十萬分之一，也能定量分析活躍分泌的細胞，與其他評估抗原專一免疫細胞反應的方法不同，此檢測方法無需預先進行體外 (in vitro) 擴增細胞，適用於高通量分析。

Bio-techne 提供兩種方案可用於檢測和計數細胞激素分泌的細胞，包括完整的 ELISpot 試劑組及 ELISpot 開發模組。其中 ELISpot 試劑組為高靈敏度的微孔盤檢測方法，開箱即用，無需進行檢測方法的優化。

R&D Systems ELISpot 試劑組採用抗體被覆的 (antibody-coated) PVDF 膜背襯微孔盤來辨識分泌的細胞。固定化的捕抓抗體 (capture antibody) 會與附近分泌的細胞激素結合，並使用酵素偶聯物來觀察分泌的蛋白質。在細胞激素定位的位點會形成有色的沉澱，以斑點的形式呈現，每一個斑點代表一個分泌特定細胞激素的單一細胞，透過計算斑點數量即可得知特定免疫細胞的活性。

靈敏度高：可測量低於十萬分之一 (1/100,000) 的細胞反應
無需體外 (in vitro) 擴增細胞
