Neuron, Astrocyte, Schwann Cell, Microglia 神經相關細胞

神經組織由許多不同類型的細胞組成：神經元 (neurons)、星狀細胞 (astrocyte)、少突膠質細胞 (oligodendroglia)、小膠質細胞 (microglia)、內皮細胞 (endothelial cells) 及其他血管周圍細胞。而 Neuromics 提供的神經相關的細胞有下列幾個種類：
 

• Human brain astrocyte：星狀細胞 (Astrocyte) 參與多種功能，Neuromics提供的細胞是從人類大腦皮質分離純化出來的，最多可被繼代10次。

 

• Human Schwann cells：許旺細胞 (Schwann cell) 在周邊神經的發育、功能和再生中發揮重要作用。這些細胞也是從人類大腦皮質分離純化出來的，最多可被繼代10次。

 

• Human primary neurons：Neuromics提供的人類初代神經元也是從大腦皮質組織分離出來的。

 

• iPSC derived Cells：Neuromics 的感覺及運動神經元是使用完全特有的神經誘導條件，在無基因插入 (integration-free) 下誘導成誘導性多公能幹細胞(iPSC)，其細胞來源是來自健康捐贈者的初代纖維母細胞。

 

• Immortalized Human Brain Microglia Cells：小膠質細胞（Microglia）是中樞神經系統中其中一種膠質細胞，是神經膠質細胞網路的重要成分。當計畫性的細胞死亡發生時，它們可做為腦的巨噬細胞。

 

• Glioblastoma Cells：膠質母細胞瘤，也稱為多形性膠質母細胞瘤 (Glioblastoma multiforme, GBM)，是一種高侵襲性的原發性腦腫瘤，也是成人最常見的原發性腦腫瘤。

 

• 其他中樞神經相關細胞：Neuromics 的人類初代腦微血管內皮細胞 (Microvascular Endothelial Cells)、周細胞 (pericyte) 及星狀細胞 (Astrocyte) 皆可用於 2D 及 3D 模型，開發客製化的 3D 模型及血腦屏障 (BBB) 模型，可用於藥物滲透研究。
